A deduction can be arranged in advance should you wish for room only. This is

To secure a booking a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £30.00 per night per room is required.
A £30.00 non-refundable deposit per room per night on booking .
If the confirmation is made by email then the £30 is still payable on cancellation.
IF LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN FOR CANCELLATION you may be required to pay the full amount if we are unable to re-book the room. (the 24 hours is from 9am - 1 day prior to arrival) However it would be much appreciated if you could give as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel as this will give us a better chance of re-booking. Thank you.
Check-in time is between 4pm and 7pm. If you wish to check in outside of these times please discuss this before booking as we CAN NOT GUARNTEE ACCOMMODATING EARLY ARRIVALS.

We provide slippers for the bedrooms but you are very welcome to bring your own as no outdoor shoes may be worn in the bedroom.
Please be aware there is a no-smoking policy in the house, you are welcome to smoke in the garden and an ashtray will be provided.
There is NO facility for charging E scooters or electric bikes

Shorter stays can be arranged if available at a minimum of 3 nights from £150 -£180 per night for MAXIMUM
OF 2 PEOPLE.

On booking the names, addresses and age of guests under 18 years needs to be sent by email confirming that you have read and agree the Terms and Conditions including the cancellation policy. Only those listed for the booking can stay at the accommodation.
To confirm the booking a deposit of 50% of the whole amount is required.
