All prices include full English breakfast and full service.
Prices are negotiable depending on length of stay and season.
A deduction may be offered for continental breakfast only

(shorter stays can be arranged if available)
Special rate for single business people on weekly or longer basis. price on request.

Booking terms and conditions:

A £30.00 non-refundable deposit per room per night on booking (should you have to cancel, the deposit will be deducted from your next booking). Cheque payable to C. M. Brown.

If the confirmation is made by email then the £30 is still payable on cancellation.

IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN FOR CANCELLATION THE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED (the 48 hours is from 9am - 2 days prior to arrival)

WE THEREFORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT A HOLIDAY INSURANCE.

Check-in time is between 5pm and 7pm. If you wish to check in outside of these times please call at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a more convenient time.  If you arrive early without prior warning please do not be disappointed if no one is here, however we are happy to give early access to rooms if you find us in.

Check-out time is:

  • 10am Monday to Saturday 
  • 11am Sunday

We provide slippers for the bedrooms but you are very welcome to bring your own as no outdoor shoes may be worn in the bedroom.

Please be aware there is a no-smoking policy in the house, you are welcome to smoke in the garden and an ashtray will be provided.

This is a family house and we ask guests to respect this, thank you.
