Prices and terms:

Single occupancy - From £45.00 - £65.00

Double occupancy - From £65.00 - £75.00

Triple occupancy - From £85.00 - £95.00

Family (2 adults, 2 children) - From £90.00 - £100.00

No VAT to pay

All prices include full English breakfast and full service.

Payment can be made by sterling cheque, sterling travellers cheques or cash. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

Prices are negotiable depending on length of stay and season.

Booking terms and conditions:

A £30.00 non-refundable deposit per room per night on booking. Cheque payable to C. M. Brown.

If the confirmation is made by email then the £30 is still payable on cancellation.

IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN FOR CANCELLATION THE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED (the 48 hours is from 9am - 2 days prior to arrival)

WE THEREFORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT A HOLIDAY INSURANCE.

If you do not have a sterling bank account the same terms apply. However the full amount will be charged on your arrival. Should you fail to arrive or cancel the booking the same charges will apply.

Check-in time is between 5pm and 7pm. If you wish to check in outside of these times please call in advance to arrange.

We provide slippers for the bedrooms but you are very welcome to bring your own as no outdoor shoes may be worn in the bedroom.

This is a family house and we ask guests to respect this.
