Double/twin

• 2 nights or more: £65 per night with two people sharing (£32.50 each)
• One night booking £5 supplement
• Extra person £20

Single occupancy

• 2 nights or more: £45 per night
• One night booking Sun-Thurs £5 supplement; Fri/Sat £10 supplement

No VAT to pay

All prices include full English breakfast and full service.

Payment can be made by sterling cheque, sterling travellers cheques or cash. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

Prices are negotiable depending on length of stay and season.

Booking terms and conditions:

£30.00 deposit per room per night on booking. This is refundable if the room is re-let and a minimum of 24 hours notice is given of cancellation prior to 9am of the day of arrival.

IF LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING.

WE THEREFORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT A HOLIDAY INSURANCE.

If you do not have a sterling bank account the same terms apply. However the full amount will be charged on your arrival. Should you fail to arrive or cancel the booking the same charges will apply.

Check-in time is between 5pm and 7pm. If you wish to check in outside of these times please call in advance to arrange.

We provide slippers for the bedrooms but you are very welcome to bring your own.

This is a family house and we ask guests to respect this.
